We are looking for
a Cell Culture Product Manager

to join Gelatex's Tallinn team and be in charge of our cell culture products (fibrous scaffolds and microcarriers) strategic planning and execution.

You will contribute to making a revolution in wound care, cultured meat, or drug and cosmetics development by unlocking the potential of nanofibers.

Our nanofibers can be used in various applications such as wound care, pharmaceutical and cosmetics development, and cultured meat. Our customers are some of the largest medical technology and pharma corporations and universities.

 

The Gelatex science and innovation-oriented team works towards making people's lives healthier and more sustainable worldwide.

At Gelatex, you will:

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify and target key markets and business strategies for cell culture scaffolds and microcarriers.

  • Develop and execute product development roadmap.

  • Collaborate with R&D to translate nanofiber innovations into viable cell culture products.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Provide technical and strategic support to sales and marketing teams.

  • Develop training materials, product documentation, and content for sales and marketing.

We expect you to have:

  • ​Master's or PhD degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree beneficial.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager(or similar position),  in the biotechnology or materials science industry.

  • Strong understanding of cell culture products and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with commercialization and go-to-market strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Excellent English language skills.
